During the first lockdown, at the end of March 2020, Carers of East Lothian (CoEL) developed lists of resilience resources, shared with key partners and updated on a regular basis, to help us signpost carers to information and services relevant to the coronavirus outbreak and beyond.
As shielding was paused on 1st August 2020, some of the contact numbers in our “Local Resilience Resources” list are no longer operational so we have removed the document from our website.
However, we have maintained our “Mental Health Resilience Resources” list (click on heading below). Much of the information in this document remains relevant and is not specific to the coronavirus response.
We share this list in good faith. We hope you find it useful and warmly welcome feedback. Please send any comments, questions or corrections to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The list contains links to external websites. We have tried to make sure these are accurate, up to date and relevant; however, we cannot take responsibility for pages maintained by other parties.
If you come across any links that do not work, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.
