Social Security Scotland have made a video explaining the extra Covid-19 payment that will be made this month to carers who were receiving Carer’s Allowance on 13th April 2020. Please note this group of carers only will receive the additional payment – it does not apply to all unpaid carers living in Scotland. The payment will be made automatically to individuals who are eligible so no further action is required.
