Join us for an upbeat and engaging Pilates taster session from the comfort of your own home, ran by instructor Johanna Dollerson of Lark Pilates (larkpilates.com).
Pilates is an empowering exercise which focuses on core strengthening, stretching and relaxation, and requires no equipment other than the space to safely lie down flat on the floor with your arms outstretched.

You will be emailed a contact details and health form when you register to complete and return, which will be treated as strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of making sure Pilates is an appropriate exercise for you. Completing this form is an essential requirement for taking part in the taster session. Please note that due to the nature of the exercise, this class will not be suitable for those with osteoporosis, who cannot get up and down from the floor unassisted, or who are antenatal or early postnatal.
Please also note that as this class will take place via Zoom, you will require a device (such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone) with a camera and microphone.
