Join us for a friendly and upbeat Pilates taster session with instructor Johanna Dollerson of Lark Pilates. This class will focus on stretching and relaxation with some core strengthening and shoulder work too.

You will need to wear comfy and stretchy clothing and have enough space available to safely lie down flat on the floor with your arms outstretched.
Please bring a rolled up towel to the session that can be used under the head or tummy if needed. If you have a mat, please bring that too. You may also find it helpful to have a glass of water to hand.
Please note you will be emailed a contact details and health form when you register to complete and return to the Johanna.
The contents of the forms will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be seen by Johanna for the purposes of making sure Pilates is an appropriate exercise for you. Completing the forms is an essential requirement for taking part in the taster session.
