A four -week introduction to Mindful Meditation for those new to mindfulness or those who would like to return to practice.
Mindfulness is a safe way of slowing down our busy lives and can help us in times of stress.
We will be using a focus on our senses, breath and thoughts as stepping stones to becoming more mindful. Most carers find sessions relaxing and supportive – just what you need if life is feeling a bit frazzled.
Participants will be invited to join in with practical mindfulness exercises in a group. We hope these practical exercises can equip you with strategies that you can use outside of the sessions in your daily lives.
Experienced practitioners are welcome to join the session on the understanding that the focus will be on introductory techniques and is aimed at beginners.
