Legal Advice Clinic

Our next legal advice clinic for carers with Solicitors for Older People in Scotland (SOPS) will take place on Thursday 28th April from 1:30 pm. The solicitor covering the clinic is Kerry Lees.
The clinic is open to ALL carers, regardless of age, including parent carers.
The clinic offers carers 30-minute telephone appointments for FREE legal advice on the following issues:
- Guardianship (Adults with Incapacity)
- Advanced Directives
- Wills
