Falls Awareness/ Prevention Session

Carers of East Lothian are holding a session with Cara Blair – Physiotherapist and Acting Falls Team Lead with East Lothian Rehabilitation team on 22nd September at 10:15am at Musselburgh East Community Learning Centre.
We’ll look at how to prevent a fall – with topics ranging from footwear to medication to home hazards; as well as the role of exercise and technology within falls prevention. We’ll also look at how to manage a fall and plan for future “what if” scenarios.
