The next course we are running is ‘Letting Go and Moving On’ dealing with loss and bereavement on Wednesday 13th May from 10am to 3pm at the Fraser Centre, Winton Place Tranent. Caring can be seen as a journey with many stages. Moving on to the next stage can be challenging as we face the unknown and leave our comfort zone. This course provides an opportunity to explore how we can prepare for and cope with this challenge.
